Please read these terms of use carefully before using our website. They govern your access to and use of our website and any content made available through it. www.lombardlabs.org  (the “Site”) is operated by Lombard Labs Global Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). We are a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with our registered office at 4th Floor, Harbour Place, 103 South Church Street, P.O. Box 10240, Grand Cayman KY1-1002, George Town, Cayman Islands.

2. Changes to These Terms and to Our Site

We may revise these terms of use at any time by updating this page. Any changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them, so please review this page periodically.

We may also update or change the content of the Site from time to time. Content may be out of date at any given moment, and we are under no obligation to keep it current. While we take reasonable care in preparing the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that its content is accurate, complete, current or free from errors or omissions.

3. Accessing Our Site

Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice. We will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties around the world, and all such rights are reserved.

You may print one copy and download extracts of any page(s) from the Site for your personal use. You must not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies you have made.

5. Limitation of Our Liability

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that might otherwise apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  • the use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site.

We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked from the Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Viruses and Prohibited Use

We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site, and you should use your own virus-protection software.

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site, and you must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack. Such conduct may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity. Your right to use the Site will cease immediately in the event of such a breach.

7. Linking to Our Site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and lawful and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to the Site from any website that is not owned by you, and the Site must not be framed on any other site. Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only, and we have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

9. Applicable Law

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
